Our main business are the producting and machining of kinds of castings and the mechanical products such as the Aluminum die casting, stainless steel investment casting, grey iron castings for civil and industrial use.
Dongying Haihe Machinery Co., Ltd located in Dongying Shandong China is a professional manufacturer of investment castings, lost wax castings or precision castings. And both of sodium silicate and silica sol process had been adopted. We mainly produce stainless steel castings, carbon steel casting and alloy casting.
Our products include kinds of flanges, valves, marine hardware, construction hardware, house hardware, automobile part, motorcycle part, hinge, devices for hydraulic press and for oil extraction, cross fitting, golf head and so on. Investment casting according to the lost-wax casting process finds its greatest potential in the case of components needed in steel or special steel where high demands are made for the surface quality, where close tolerances are required to save processing expenses, where components are in demand with contours close to the final shape and where a freedom for design is requested. |
