These are all produced in single operation strategies and supported by the benefits of a technology-led service. Rodmatic also has 42 Multi-Spindle turning machines for the manufacture of high volume turned parts. We can turn components up to 80mm diameter maximum. We are able to manufacture components up to 180mm in length. The economic batch size for our multi-spindle machines does depend on the size and complexity of the component but typically starts at 3000 parts.
