United States of America		Products Worm - News: Key Contacts Mark Baltyn - mbaltyn@azwiretool.com Sales Engineer Jim Schroeder – jrschroeder@azwiretool.com President/Owner Sean Meador – smeador@azwiretool.com Operations Manager Overview of Services  We here at Arizona Wire & Tool are interested in becoming an approved vendor for all of your companies wire electrical discharge needs (wedm). We are a 24/7 hour job shop that handles tight tolerance manufacturing (cutting) in conductive materials.  Industry Applications • Aerospace • Defense/Military • Medical/Surgical  • Commercial  Product Applications and Services  • Electronics  • Exotic/Precious materials Prototype parts  • Fabrication • Production edm  • Tooling / Fixtures • Injection molding  • Tool & die • Metal stamping Additional Information Recently we have updated our equipment. Although the link to our site shows the equipment list and capabilities, they have changed. We have traded (3) Fanuc’s (1) OC model and (2) 1C models out and have replaced them with (4) new Agie WEDM’s. (3) Progress V3’s & (1) Progress V4.  To best explain this movement towards newer technology all one needs to remember is the following. • Smaller wire diameters (.003”) hence improving tolerance held on inner radii  • Larger travels (800mm x 550mm x 525mm) • Increases in cutting speeds (42 in.sq./ hr., (rough cuts only)) • Tighter tolerances on finished product. (.000040” clearance) • 30 degree tapers up to 500mm in height • Capabilities of running true turn and burn applications offering 6th axis simultaneous wire edming. • Capabilities to offer 6th and 7th axes only in positioning.  • Wire edm lathing capabilities In closing we are open to adding equipment and capabilities to our floor deemed necessary in aiding to our customer base. While we expand our operations we are aware and also open to the need of adhering to proper certification requirements driven by those companies we look to serve today and well into the future. We pride ourselves in servicing our clientele quickly while providing excellent craftsmanship in part quality. We simply pay attention to every aspect and detail throughout the entire process.
