Amerjy Tool and Mould as a company thrives on practical solutions and innovative tool building. Our specialty is building aluminum alloy injection tools that out-last and out-produce traditional steel tooling. Guaranteed. We excel at rapid turn over, on average completing two tools from CAD data to testing in three weeks.
With the combination of our highly skilled workforce, precision bench skills and computerized machining centers we focus on the critical high tolerance areas of tool building while using faster more cost effective conventional machining methods for non-critical features. This streamlined machining process and the extensive use of hands free and lights out machining dramatically increase productivity and cost effectiveness. Being a leader in lean manufacturing allows us to focus on high quality tooling while still providing fast turn over times.
Our skilled tradespeople are available for on site troubleshooting, tool modification and warranty work, as well as part design. Part design often takes many revisions and modifications and we make certain that our customers are completely satisfied by using detailed 3-D modeling and/or prototyping. Amerjy offers designers that will create parts and/or tools in your office with your team, making changes immediately on the spot; expediting the design and approval process.
The Amerjy team is constantly striving to evolve and improve our productivity, quality and efficiency. Our currently implemented systems are 5S as well as CanBan and we challenge ourselves constantly to eliminate inefficiencies and improve quality. We are currently engaged in gaining ISO/TS certification. |
