| Accurate Plastics is a small but well equipped, and professionally staffed Injection molding shop that offers turn key manufacturing from design to manufacture of tooling, and fixtures to industry. We have fully equipped modern injection Molding machines in the following tonnages 20,50,170, and 300 We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we deliver to our customers. Our business was started in 1995, and has grown considerably in equipment, and technology, as well as in the outside resources that have became available to us. We have years of technical training, and experience in every type of plastic mold, and material imaginable, from basic low cost aluminum tooling to very large hot runner, valve gated molds with collapsible cores, and all sorts of unscrewing, and slide action tools. We run the basic lower cost commodity resins as well as the high tech engineering plastics. Our motto is that we build quality into the process, and that you can never inspect quality into a part, and that is why we like being involved from the earliest stages of design, so we can help develop a product that achieves the goals of our customer for cost, quality, and productivity. Conducting business with us is as close as you can get to having your own Injection molding shop, tool room, and machine shop because we work hard to make every project a success as if it is our own. We have alliances with some of the most technologically advanced injection mold makers in the world, so any jobs that may be beyond the scope of our capabilities in house can still be performed virtually in our back yard, or off shore if needed.
